Our Story

Mattia is a passionate pizza chef, and his love for pizza quickly became Annalisa’s too. While he’s helping her perfect the recipes, she brings creativity and attention to detail into every setup and event experience.

At Due Fioi, we believe catering is more than just food. It’s about creating an atmosphere where people connect, celebrate, and make memories together. From fun grazing tables to hand-stretched pizzas, every detail is carefully considered to make your day feel unique and stress-free.

We combine Italian flavours with modern event styling to deliver catering that feels personal, relaxed, and unforgettable.

From Italy to Melbourne

We both moved from Italy to Australia and, over time, found ourselves even more connected to our cuisine than ever before.

Being away from home made us realise how powerful Italian food really is, not just for flavour, but for connection, comfort, and community.

Due Fioi was born from that journey, combining pizza with modern catering, styling, and a warm, family-style atmosphere.
