How big is your setup?

Our catering setup is compact and designed to fit comfortably in most backyards, driveways, courtyards and event spaces. We simply require a flat surface with enough room for our pizza ovens, preparation bench and serving area. If you're unsure whether your venue is suitable, send us a few photos and we'll be happy to advise. (At least 3MX3M area)

Do you charge travel fees?

Travel within our standard service area (30km/South Yarra) is included in our packages. Events outside this area may incur a small travel fee depending on the distance. We'll always let you know of any additional costs when providing your quote, no surprises.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Absolutely! We can accommodate a range of dietary requirements, including: Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-friendly options*, Halal-friendly options. Please let us know your guests' dietary requirements when booking so we can prepare accordingly.

*While we take every precaution, our pizzas are prepared in the same kitchen and oven, so we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment.

How long does setup take?

We typically arrive 1.5/2 hours before service to set up and ensure everything is ready before your guests arrive, depending also on package. Pack down usually takes around 30–45 minutes once service has finished.

How do payments work?

To secure your booking, we require a deposit at the time of confirmation. The remaining balance is due 3 weeks before your event unless otherwise arranged. We accept bank transfer and major payment methods. We'll provide all payment details with your booking confirmation.
